I have delivered numerous workshops and presentations on mental health, counseling, education, and wellbeing worldwide. Topics have included dealing with stress, burnout support, parenting self care, mentoring, Asian American mental health, dealing with anxiety, supporting teens mental health, leadership support, infertility, maternal health, and supporting counselors and therapists.
My work combines evidence-based practices with practical tools, creating engaging sessions tailored to diverse groups, from individuals signing up for workshops, community organizations and schools, to professional conferences and corporate settings.

I enjoy supporting others learning. In addition to offering therapy, coaching, and consultation, I have over twenty years of experience as an educator and enjoy designing and delivering workshops and trainings for diverse audiences.
My background in business, education, sociology, and counseling shapes a holistic, practical approach that grounds my trainings in real-world relevance.
I currently serve as an assistant professor in an MS Counseling program in California, where I teach graduate courses and provide clinical supervision to counselors, and I have provided interdisciplinary training across multiple graduate programs.
